Hi, I'm Joan Bell    , founder of Action Central and Lifecoach 101

My tag line is Vision + Action = Results and I know that nothing else works. I am a Fitness Professional, a Certified Coach (AU) and a passionate Life Enthusiast, living in the moment and loving it!

Most of my working life has involved helping others. Starting out in the Hospitality Industry, then as a Fitness Professional and more recently (since 2003) as a Life coach .The one common theme throughout is that I was born to help others achieve.

Whether it was a fabulous holiday, a great body and high fitness levels or more currently a fantastic life and lifestyle; the satisfaction from doing this "work" and challenging others to succeed is what brings me great joy. It is something I cannot NOT do.

On a personal level, I am an avid cyclist, and spend many hours cycling in the beautiful Australian countryside. 

Originally from England, my time is now divided between North Eastern Victoria, Sydney and Newcastle, Australia. I love change!

I live very simply these days, tread softly on the planet, love the outdoors, animals and nature and make fun, fitness and laughter a priority in my life.
